How long will it take to get my book?
Books typically ship within two business days of placing your order. With standard shipping, your book should arrive in seven to ten days after shipping.

Is quicker shipping available?
Yes. Expedited, two-day, and overnight shipping are all available. Simply choose “Other” from the drop-down list under “Postage & Handling” and an EME service representative will e-mail you with the precise cost of your shipping preference.

Can you ship books outside of the United States?
Yes. EME Press can ship your book virtually anywhere in the world. Just choose “Other” from the drop-down list under “Postage & Handling” and an EME service representative will e-mail you with the precise cost of shipping to your location.

Is tracking available for my shipment?
Tracking is not available on standard shipment. However, if you would like to have tracking on your book order, choose “Other” from the drop-down list under “Postage & Handling” and an EME service representative will e-mail you with the precise cost of shipping your book to you with tracking.

What methods of payment can be used for book purchases?
EME Press accepts credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal.

Is my transaction secure?
EME Press uses state-of-the-art encryption to safeguard your personal identifiable information. Your credit card and debit card information will be processed by PayPal, using its secure server; your credit card, debit card, and PayPal information will not be transmitted to EME Press or any of its affiliates, employees, or contractors.

Will my personal information be shared with any third parties?
When you place your order through the EME Press Publisher’s Bookstore, you will transmit your ordering information directly to EME Press and your payment information to PayPal. EME Press will, in turn, transmit your shipping information to its printer and to the shipping agency (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). EME Press will not share your personal information with any third party except as necessary for fulfilling your order.

Do I have to use my PayPal account for this transaction?
No. EME Press utilizes PayPal to process your payment in order to ensure the security of your payment information; however, whether or not you have a PayPal account, you are free to use another method of payment if you prefer.

Where else can I purchase EME books?
Books published by EME Press are available directly from the EME Press website (www.EMEpress.com), from the author or book website, from a number of online distributors (such as www.amazon.com, www.borders.com, www.barnesandnoble.com, and others), and in countless bookstores across the United States and throughout the world.

Are any discounts available?
Discounts are available on individual orders of 25 or more copies of the same book. For information on the specific discount available for your bulk order, choose “Other” from the drop-down list under “Shipping & Handling” on the order form, and indicate in the “Comments” box that you would like information on applicable volume discounts.

Can the book be returned?
Yes. If the book is not what you were looking for, you can return it to EME Press for a full refund, provided the book is returned in NEW condition. EME Press is not responsible for return shipping charges. When the book has been received by EME Press, a refund of the purchase price of the book will be credited to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. Refunds will not be processed if the book does not arrive in NEW condition. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

I am an author. Will EME Press publish my book?
EME Press is open to receiving submissions directly from authors, but accepts for publication only those manuscripts that meet its standards for quality, marketability, and suitability. If you have a manuscript that you would like reviewed for possible publication, e-mail the full manuscript to submissions@EMEpress.com. Note that your manuscript is protected by U.S. copyright laws and by the EME Press Privacy Policy. All submissions will receive responses once the manuscripts have been reviewed.
